- Our client is a focused and friendly practice with a strong and proud reputation. From their modern city offices they have a long history of providing much valued legal assistance and support to both their clients and the wider community. Their practice has a diverse client base, including large commercial property developers and owners.
They are currently requiring a bright and enthusiastic Associate or Senior Associate, who has experience within the Commercial and Property sectors, to join their supportive and convivial team. In this role you will be working alongside, and collaborating with, the Partners on substantial matters - while also being given the opportunity to run your own caseload. As a valued team member, you will also be encouraged to contribute to the development and strategic direction of the practice.
This opportunity offers an environment in which an ambitious and entrepreneurial Associate or Senior Associate can really thrive, while being supported by a close-knit and collegiate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valued part of a firm who will invest in your professional growth.
To be successful in this role you will currently specialise in:
- Commercial contracts;
- Large scale property transactions;
- Leases; and
- Subdivisions.
- Also, you will:
- Be very capable of working on complex Commercial and Property transactions;
- Have had at least 5 years PQE;
- Possess a positive attitude, along with great relationship management skills; and
- Be looking for a long-term role where you can progress quickly.
