**The Role**
The successful Bid Writer will integrate seamlessly into our experienced team, delivering high-quality proposals from conception to completion. This role requires great planning and organisational skills, as well as a hands-on approach to producing high quality tender submissions within tight timeframes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic proposals.
- Collaborate with senior management to determine bid strategy and tender preparation.
- Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring a timely, accurate and compliant submission.
- Be experienced with forward work continuity and forecasting.
- Undertake data analysis and ensure appropriate recordkeeping.
- Ensure prompt replies to tender-related questions and oversee relevant correspondence.
- Undertake detailed report writing and maintain high standards of communication, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated effective leadership and communication skills.
**Key Attributes**
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with the New Zealand infrastructure and contracting industry.
- Previous experience at a senior management level in bidding and/or delivery of infrastructure projects.
- High computer literacy.
