Die Setter

As a die setter you will be responsible for setting up the die head tooling for our machine operators to create products to meet specification.

This is a busy role where you will need to be able to work autonomously with heavy machinery in a hot environment, it is essential that tooling is set up to meet the manufacturing team’s schedule. To be suitable for this role you will have a strong mechanical aptitude, be a self-starter with time management skills and also be physically fit to manage the demands of the role.

You will be given continuous technical training in the role, working alongside a supportive team within a small family feel organisation. There is also additional medical insurance benefits and life and income protection insurance, overtime work is also paid at a higher rate.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage as well as a good level of math and literacy skills.
