As a Casual Cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
- Restock guest supplies and amenities as needed
- Cleaning and maintaining laundry following proper sanitization protocols
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a positive guest experience
- Collaborate with the cleaning team to achieve efficient task completion
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address cleanliness issues
- Undertake any other tasks as may be reasonably required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Adaptability to varying work schedules
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
