**This role**:
This is an exciting entry level media role. The person we are seeking is highly accurate with an absolute passion for attention to detail. You have a keen interest in media and you are ready for this step into the world of media and advertising. You are pro-active, you will embrace learning and keeping up to date with digital media trends while using your initiative. You will seamlessly provide support to the teams you work with and get a thrill out of getting things done - we will wonder how we ever did this without you. Your love of organization and spreadsheets will see you excell in this role of Media Account Executive. As this is an entry level role you will be learning as you go and you will have the support of your teams to grow and develop. Although you will be new to this, you will have used your initiative to gain a basic understanding of the media landscape in New Zealand, and this will set you up well for your interview and demonstrate your enthusiasm. This is an opportunity to kick start your career, working with some of the best in the business, on well known iconic New Zealand brands. **What you’ll need to bring to the team**
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in constantly evolving media landscape, while delivering quality work to set deadlines
- A keen interest in media, advertising, and changing media trends
- Strong attention to detail, numerical reasoning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence and strong sense of team
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to handle pressure, work as a key support in a team, pro actively identify ways in which you can go above and beyond
- Naturally you’ll have FCB in your DNA - enjoy some great banter, get amongst agency culture, contribute to all things FCB with a strong urge to continue to learn and develop in your pursuit of excellence
