**The role**
Reporting to the Stores Manager, you will be sole in charge of the store in Warkworth and will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and issuing accurate stock. You will also be responsible to:
- Create, issue and receipt purchase orders to preferred suppliers to meet replenishment requirements
- Run daily cycle counts
- Provide service at the counter to our internal customers
- Load / unload both our Northpower vehicles as well as our daily freight vehicles
This may also see you delivering construction materials to our work sites and depots so a forklift and a full clean licence is highly preferred. The hours of work are from 7.30AM- 4PM.**What’s in it for you?**

**About you**:
Ideally we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic but with down-to-earth and pragmatic attitude. You will need to have experience within stores or warehouse. You will also:
- Need to have a full and clean class 1 driver’s licence along with a forklift licence (Class 2 licence would be preferred)
- Need to have some inventory control and warehouse admin experience
- Require having hands-on experience in purchasing and logistics
- Need to have previous experience or fair understanding of the Utility industry or warehousing
- Be physically fit, safety conscious, punctual and reliable
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
This role would need you to be a wizz at using computer based tools (MS Office, JDE) for the smooth functioning of our stores.
