Our Shift Managers are passionate, vibrant, professional team players. They understand what it means to be a part of a team and build them. They must be able to handle a bit of stress and the juggling of multiple moving parts in our busy restaurant.

As part of this role, you will be working the back of house (BOH) helping with food preparation during quiet times, and working front of the house (FOH) helping with service during busy times like lunch and dinner rushes.

This role will include:

- A variety of duties relating to the daily operations of the restaurant
- Food production, and preparation like; Making Salsas & Sauces, Grilling & Roasting Meat, and Chopping veggies.
- Serving Customers on the line making Burritos, tacos, Nachos & Salads.
- Customer service and cash handling
- Assisting part-time of foodservice personnel with issues or questions
- Helping train new crew members
- Full knowledge of host responsibility, alcohol service, and food safety regulations/ food control plan

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar hospitality role either FOH like Waiter, Waitress, Sandwich Maker, Fast Casual Restaurant, Cafe Barista or BOH like kitchen hand, Cook is desired. We can help bridge training gaps with the right attitude.

Have knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures, safety and sanitation regulations, and knowledge of food and food production.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Computer literacy. Weekends, nights, holidays will be required.
