We're on the lookout for a Technical Writer - not just any writer, but someone who knows their craft inside out. Your mission, is to create the most engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly documentation our customers have ever encountered. To achieve this, you'll join forces with our product, engineering, and support teams, working closely to ensure our content is nothing short of amazing.
**Your day-to-day**:
- Collaborating with team members to gather information and develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including feature documentation, getting started guides, and troubleshooting guides.
- Keeping existing documentation up-to-date, reflecting product updates, changes, or enhancements.
- Creating and maintaining style guides and best practices to ensure consistency across all documentation.
- Reviewing and editing documentation produced by other team members for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Assisting in the creation of multimedia content, such as training videos or presentations, when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a technical writer.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.
- Familiarity with HTML, Markdown, Static Site Generators, and/or Git is a major plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement
