**The role**
**_ Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:_**
- Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone and internet
- Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
- Assisting other team members in daily transactions
- Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required
**About You**
As our Spare Parts Interpreter, you will have a solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales, have good communication skills, good customer service skills and a proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales. _Experience in HV and Automotive spare parts sales will be highly advantageous._

- Good problem-solving skills and effectiveness in prioritising multiple tasks
- Strong mechanical aptitude highly advantageous
- Great industry knowledge and can-do attitude
- Proactive, reliable, self-motivated and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility and be a team player, customer-focused and innovative
- Administrative skills including intermediate computer skills
