ZIWI is gearing up for a major milestone with the launch of our new canning line. This cutting-edge facility represents our unwavering dedication to ultra premium pet nutrition. As we prepare to expand our team, we're seeking passionate individuals to join us in this journey of excellence. A key role to the success is the appointment of an experienced **Retort Operator.**

**Key responsibilities**:
Proficient in operating and maintaining retort equipment, including understanding control systems, temperature regulation, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Conducting quality checks, monitoring critical control points, and maintaining product quality standards throughout the production process.
- Efficiently managing time and resources to meet production schedules and deadlines, optimizing productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including batch records, temperature logs, and quality control documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key requirements**:

- Low Acid Canned Food certification
- A proven track record in handling advanced automated equipment (full training provided)
- Experience operating Steriflow retorts.
- Expertise in overseeing high-speed production processes.
