Tradestaff are looking to fill a vacancy for one of our well respected Porirua based clients. In this role you will be assisting the team in a variety of roles, including cleaning/washing trays and trolleys, picking and packing orders and helping to prep food ready for meals.

This role asks you to be flexible in what you are doing day to day as every day is different and provides a new challenge. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 7.30am-4pm daily.

Working as part of the kitchen, you will provide support across the following:
Assisting the chef in the preparation and cooking of food, as required
Washing and cleaning utensils and dishes
Cleaning benches, floors and other kitchen areas
Disposing of rubbish
Ensuring the kitchen is clean and sanitary
Implementing all hygiene and Health & Safety regulations
Handling, sorting and distributing food items What you get in return
