We are currently on the hunt for a number of people keen to get in to the Carpentry industry with inductions available over three weeks, with an immediate start upon completion.

These roles will see you based on one site, where you arrive each day and work indoors to manufacture Prefab homes and Frame and Trusses where you will likely start in a Saw Loading position if you have little to no Construction experience, or if you have Construction experience, you will go in to a Fabricator role.

With that said, all staff will need to show their strong work ethic, reliability and a desire to learn, and within 2-3 months, will be registered with BCITO to undertake a Level 4 National Certificate.

The training will see you begin on the afternoon shift where there is more ability to give you a strong understanding of the processes and techniques, with you working Monday to Friday 3pm-midnight.
