This is a temporary role for
**3-6 months** in a large New Zealand business based in
**East Auckland**. You will be working for a fabulous team with a fantastic culture. Your main responsibility will be to manage sales orders, credits, and returns, while also looking after order management. Although this is a busy role, it is also very interesting, allowing you to work autonomously and manage a heavy workload.

Your focus will be to provide excellent solutions for customers regarding product and service delivery. You will also perform associated administration tasks. Although this role may appear to be 'vanilla' on paper, you can rest assured that the fun, vibrant culture of our client and how they engage with their staff make this an opportunity not to be missed

This
**Monday - Friday**
**role is 100% office-based.** However, starting hours are flexible, with some staff beginning early and finishing at 4:30 pm.

**Duties**:

- Order management, data entry and processing of sales orders, credits and returns
- Provision of effective solutions for our customers in terms of product and service delivery
- Professional and accurate order management
- Signal, and forward urgent orders to the dispatcher
- Lead investigation and process credits
- Negotiate returns with clients and representatives
- Actively oversee prompt supply of product and service

**Skills and responsibilities**:

- Experience working in administration, order entry management or data entry preferred
- Previous or relevant experience which shows excellent attention to detail Utilise sound judgement to expedite and prioritise orders
