We are looking for a **Systems Engineer**, someone who designs and recommends technical solutions to improve our client's business, supporting their environment while constantly searching for improvements and efficiencies.

To be successful in this role you will need to show awareness and judgement. You will understand the difference between a technical issue and a business issue and know where to focus, what the impact of time is on the resolution process, and when to seek assistance and guidance. This position works predominating with the Microsoft suite of solutions and products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of faults and manage them logically and methodically.
- Understand and take responsibility for projects, issues, or client concerns.
- Correctly logging incidents and faults, categorising and prioritizing them.
- Ensure that the client and internal Nectar staff are aware of resolution plans and progress.
- Point of resolution for Service Desk issues that cannot be resolved by Service Desk Engineers.
- Ensure calendars, timesheets, and testing documentation are all current and up to date.

**Key Attributes**
- You must have knowledge, experience, and preferably certifications across the Microsoft suite of products, managed services, and technology solutions.
- Ability to excel in client relationships, be able to talk in business language..not geek
- Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills are required.
- Brilliant listening and problem-solving skills.
- Technical experience, the more the better.
- Self-motivated, self-managing, resilient, innovative, with a "Can Do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
