Our Tauranga arm of Madison are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the growing team

**The Role**:
You will be working in a end-to-end Recruitment Consultant role, leveraging a portfolio of existing clients and continuing to build your desk through business development and relationship management.

**Day-to-day you will**:

- Recruit a broad range of roles consisting of temporary, permanent, contract and fixed-term positions
- Run the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, and interviewing
- Cold & warm calling new and existing businesses to promote your recruitment services and market knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years experience in Sales and/or Recruitment
- Interest in working remotely; sole charge, from home
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic with a high sense of drive
- A strong business development/sales focus
