ABOUT THE ROLE
This is your opportunity to join one of the biggest employers in the Bay as we are looking for a reliable Production operator, to join us at our Mount Maunganui plant.
You will be engaged in being a part of a Team that strives for world class standards and greatness in quality measures in a competitively engaged environment.
You will perform a range of activities on a variety of equipment used in the manufacture of fertilizer including:
- Producing top quality product to the company quality standards
- Correct and timely operation of the manufacturing plant using both manual and PLC/DCS process
- Manual Labour and cleaning activities
- Offering exceptional service to both external and internal customers
- Loader and forklift operation
ABOUT YOU
- Flexibility and ability to work rotating shifts across 24hrs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good mechanical aptitude and production experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, relate well to others and contribute to a positive team environment
- Forklift and Loader licenses are advantageous
- Enchem level3 - Plant and Machinery is a requirement of the role, if not currently held then this training will be provided.
