Meat Processor

PX Trading isin Auckland. We are now looking for a meat processorto join us. This is a full-time role with a minimum of 35 hours per week.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Processes prepare meat and meat products.

**Tasks Include**:

- Processing offal and tripe
- Moving carcasses to chillers and freezers
- Loading meat products into trucks
- Packing boned and sliced meat into cartons
- Separating organs and glands
- Inspecting and grading poultry for size and quality
- Packing frozen meat blocks into cartons
- Operating machines to cut and process meat products
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas

Ability to have an on-job-training.

Good work attitude and good communication skills

Strong motivation and fast learner

Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload

Quality workmanship and eye for detail

Strong dedication to health and workplace safety

Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members.
