**Full-time, 80 hours per fortnight**:

- **Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm**:

- **Free Shuttle bus to Grafton Station and Greenlane from Auckland City Hospital (operating Mon-Fri)**:

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

As a Scan Centre Clerk, your primary focus will be to prepare clinical records and loose documentation for digitising into the ADHB computerised record. For a short time during your day (approx. one hour) you may be required to lift file boxes (maximum weight 16 kgs) from one area to another in our offices alongside helping in our reception area when required.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- have at least 2 years’ clerical/administration experience
- have intermediate skills with MS Office Suite and typing.
- It would be advantageous if you are proficient with internal computer programmes like CRTS, CMS and 3M Chart Scan.
