**Job Description**:
Are you a lover of Fashion and Apparel? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Are you able to drive and lead a sales culture within a team? If you answered yes to these, then we have a role for you

As Apparel 2IC, you will be responsible for the apparel department, ensuring it is visually appealing and successful.

Reporting into the Apparel Manager, in this role you will:

- Use visual merchandising techniques and associated guides to help make the department visually appealing to our customers.
- Encourage a sales culture within your team which includes Clothing, Jewellery, Footwear, and Accessories.
- Ensure merchandising standards are met and you will take a proactive role in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Assisting and guiding customers with their apparel needs
- Provide support for the opening and closing of the store, on occasions as well as sole charge of the entire store as required
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to success

This is a permanent full time position covering the following shifts:

- Tuesday 1.30pm - 10pm
- Wednesday 2pm
- 10.30pm
- Thursday 1.30pm
- 10pm
- Friday 1.30pm
- 10pm
- Saturday 1.30pm
- 10pm

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for the following skills and attributes:

- Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience
- Self-Driven with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to interpret and execute plans.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident leader with proven experience in retail
