About the Opportunity:
You will provide oversight, cohesive direction, support, and guidance to Resident Medical Officer (RMO) groups in collaboration with Senior Medical Office (SMO) team to ensure service delivery is maintained and optimised for Division of Medicine at Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau.

In this role you will responsible for liaison and co-ordination of Registrar and House Officer groups in the service in conjunction and alignment with Senior Medical Officers (SMO), Northern Regional Alliance (NRA), RMO Office and Division of Medicine Rostering Staff. This includes administrative support and liaising with key stakeholders.

This is a 1 year fixed term full time Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.

**About You**:

- 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare and previous experience in a varied and multi-faceted administrative role
- Knowledge of Health Sector and in particular issues facing medical teams
- Ideally an awareness of Union Collective agreements or HR exposure and experience
- Understanding of rosters, SECA and RACP requirements.
- Strong IT skills including systems presently in use - Outlook, Word, proficient Excel as minimum
