Join our People Experience team within Fire and Emergency New Zealand and lead our HRIS system and reporting functions to deliver services to support our business.

**Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role**:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our HRIS team. The team are responsible for our HRIS platform support and maintenance, position management, data integrity and People branch reporting and analytics. Reporting to the National Manager People Experience, you’ll be responsible for the leading the team following a recent branch reset, and planning, directing and coordinating the teams activities to maximise the use of people information to both inform development of workforce strategies and plans, and to measure organisational performance.

**Ko tāu nā ki tēnei tūranga - What you’ll bring to the role**:

- A minimum of two years’ experience leading and managing a team
- A minimum of five years’ experience leading and managing data analytics and reporting
- Experience working with HRIS system platforms would be an advantage
- Experience working within a large complex organisation
- A pragmatic “can do” approach to solving problems
- A collaborative nature, knows when and how to involve key stakeholders in decisions
- Adept at effectively managing and maintaining a wide range of relationships
