About the Role
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team of seven who are responsible for the end to end payroll process. This role is not only integral to ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time but also updating employee information and providing information to appropriate personnel. Our Human Resources and Payroll processes are undergoing some changes and the Payroll team will be involved in these projects as well. This role is fixed term to facilitate the implementation of a new exciting project.
About You
Having been part of a payroll team from within a medium to large organisation, you'll understand the ins and outs that come with working to:
Strict deadlines
Maintaining accuracy and strong analytical skills
Utilising both a computerised payroll system and also working with manual timesheets
Display an exceptional Customer Service standard
Knowledge of Meca's and employment legislation is advantageous
Fast learner
Enjoy building positive relationships across the Organisation
