Factory Supervisor

We are looking for 2 x fulltime factory supervisors to be part of our team at Chicking New Zealand Limiteds processing plant.

Minimum Guaranteed Hours/Week are 35.

Maximum hours/week you may be required to work are 45.

You will be required to work on some Weekends.

**Qualification/Work Experience**

You are required to have at least 6-12 months of previous similar work experience.

**Your daily tasks will include-**
- Regularly review product quality
- Assist in organizing and supervising shifts
- Assist in appraising staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for maintenance, supply, etc
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Assist in controlling operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Assist the production manager in creating detailed reports.
- Assist in selecting and training new and current employees.
- Implement policies and protocols as instructed by management.
- Ensure that workflow remains undisturbed.
- Perform quality inspections on processed products
- Respond to any complaints and inquiries about the processed products
- Attend to any health and safety incident and resolve it or escalate it to the management if required.
