**PAK'nSAVE ROTORUA**

PAK'nSAVE ROTORUA is a locally owned and operated supermarket in the beautiful Bay of Plenty where you have the pick of the great outdoors right at your back door.

This is a full time role and an exciting opportunity for a qualified Baker to join our busy team. You will assist in the day to day running of our Bakery department, ensuring that a maximum range and sufficient quantity of high quality freshly baked products are available for sale at all times. We are essentially looking for an experienced dough baker but would look at a baker will all round skills.

We are a fast-paced Bakery who believe in team spirit and comradery. There is no "I" in TEAM.

**Qualifications, experience, skills and attributes required for this role**:

- Bakery trade qualification or related course.
- Excellent understanding of ingredients and food preparation to craft recipes and create baked goods.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Health and Safety.
- Early morning starts and weekend work will be required with the flexibility to work extra shifts in staff absences.
- A team player willing and able to work well under pressure, in a busy kitchen environment.
- To be physically fit, healthy and able to cope with heavy lifting.
- Strong relationship building & problem solving skills with excellent verbal and written English communication.

Remuneration will be in line with experience and ability.
