You will be a vital part of the Senior Leadership Team. You will actively support the general manager in achieving the hospital's strategic goals and building on the culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

**Skills and experience**
- To be a qualified and registered health professional
- A positive, energised mindset that is solution-focused
- Extensive, post-registration/qualification experience in healthcare in a perioperative setting
- Demonstratable expertise in working within the expected challenges of the theatre environment and capability of leading a small but diverse team
- Demonstrate experience in energising a team, empowering them to deliver both their results as well as those of the entire team
- Further develop and maintain an accountable, caring, safe, and highly performing culture across the team
- Demonstrate experience and capability to grow the overall theatre output, with an ability to form meaningful relationships across the medical specialist group, assisting both to continue growing business within the theatre environment
