Senior Planner

We're on the hunt for a **Senior Planner **on a fixed term 12 month contract.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work on our exceptional planning team, playing a key role in the planning and supply here at Superette.

This role plays a critical role in the business through merchandise financial planning, range/assortment planning, stock management, inbound scheduling and inventory control across multiple categories and locations.

We are looking for an experienced reporting and planning superstar - someone who is obsessed with numbers and loves analysis.

You will ensure we have the right products at the right quantities at the right prices to excite our customers every day - ultimately supporting the delivery of key financial outcomes and business success.

You will need to be super organised and be able to work at pace to deliver to timeframes. You must also be able to build effective relationships and rapport with the stores, Warehouse and our HQ team.

**What will you bring**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Inventory Planning, Planning Analyst or Merchandise Planner role preferably in the retail industry
- Aptitude for data, insights and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability in reporting and analysis of productivity and volume forecasting
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Acute attention to detail, impeccable time management and exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning
- Ability to be agile, collaborative and synthesise information quickly and accurately
- Curious, with a strong desire to continually learn and evolve, wants to think outside the box
