- To recruit, manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team of community nurses and others in a highly flexible service response environment.
- To liaise closely with teams across the region to ensure optimum work flows and excellence are achieved.
- To maintain oversight of high needs assessments and care packages.
- To Manage complaints and exception reporting.

**Personal Specification**:

- Registered Nurse with current practising certificate and no less than 2 years practical experience.
- Community Nursing experience preferred but not essential.
- A strong and confident people leader
- Proven leadership experience driving change and managing improvements
- A speciality clinical interest preferred but not essential.
- Full drivers' licence.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Budget and contract management experience.
- A change agile and positive leader with strong professional ethics.
- A highly organised individual with excellent time management skills.
- Strong relationship management skills, both internal and external.
- A demonstrated commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in the workplace
- Actively demonstrates the ability and desire to show cultural sensitivity, awareness and understanding of diversity
