**The role**
We have an exciting management opportunity for a leader with strong construction and business acumen to lead the Te Awamutu branch. You will have proven experience with working with people from all walks of life, build on the existing positive team culture and ensure the needs of our people, business and customers are met.

**About you**:
You are a people leader with ability to positively influence the team, business and community. You will have a passion for empowering people, create high-performing and collaborative teams and meet personal and business goals. You will be decisive, open, excellent communicator and value relationships.

You will be working alongside a team of 17 and overseeing the following functions:

- Stakeholder engagement
- Operational Logistics
- Financial budgets and profitability
- Business strategy
- Continuous Improvement
- Working under pressure and prioritising your workload

Skills and experience you will need to bring:

- Proven previous experience of managing people.
- Demonstrate effective leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills (Internal & External Stakeholders).
- Strong financial literacy skills.
- 5+ years of building industry experience.
- A clean criminal history check.
