**Job Description**:
- Planning daily menu in consultation with chef(s).
- Planning and organising catering for functions and special events.
- Fully responsible for purchasing after comparing pricing and quality from various approved suppliers.
- To promote the store and products to the public by various methods.
- Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Safely handle cash and maintain transaction records.
- Ensure cleanliness and regular maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure courteous, friendly and quality service to customers.
- Recruit, train, supervise and discipline staff and review their performance from time to time
- Ensure compliance with health & safety with strict attention to the prevention of injury & accidents.
- Greeting guests, assisting in order taking and reservation.
- Handling guest complaints
- Implementation and record keeping of:
- Covid-19 implementation measures
- Staff training
- Sickness records
- Cooking poultry temperatures and hot-held food temperature
- Transporting perishable foods
- Measuring instrument calibration
