Hours: 40 hours per week (Minimum 30 hours guaranteed)

Payrate $29.66 to $30.00 per hour

**Job duties of the position offered -**
- scanning, weighing and recording prices of goods
- receiving and processing payments for goods and services by cash, cheques, gift vouchers, credit and debit cards and other payment types
- issuing sales dockets and giving change
- maintaining supplies of change, wrapping and other materials used at checkout
- counting and recording money received and balancing against register sales records, and preparing money for deposit in financial institutions
- recording and balancing petty cash disbursements
- operating a computer terminal to administer the store's financial transaction system
- cashing authorised cheques

**Requirements of the position offered -**
- No specific qualification or certificate is required
- Relevant work experience is preferred but not a compulsory
- Be available to work on weekends and public holidays as per the roster
- Flexibility to work within a 7-Days a week operation including split shifts
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills and team spirit
- Able to work till late evenings
- Can pass drug test and have a clean police record
