This Auckland Central-based law firm is seeking an experienced Associate with 5+ years of PQE to join their tight-knit team and work alongside a highly reputable Partner.

You will be working for a firm who are ambitious, motivated, and collaborative. The workload is 50% working with the Partner on complex files and 50% independently working on files allocated to you. The work consists of a range of commercial firms with turnovers between $10 million and $100 million, from start-ups to established businesses.

The industries are extremely varied from construction to retail, professional services, rural and farming services. Each industry has very different needs and therefore requires a strong Lawyer to draft bespoke contracts across a wide range of areas from IP and shareholder agreements to Partner agreements, sale, and acquisition.
