**Power Farming Taranaki is ready to grow in 2023, and we need an additional, capable Yard person.**

This is busy, critical role for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in

First impressions count, so the main focus of our yard staff is to make sure our site, and our machinery stock is presented to the highest standards. This includes, regular cleaning and upkeep of our machinery stock, maintenance around the dealership and the yard, and general organisation to ensure the business is as efficient as possible.

Our real bottle neck is getting our used stock ready for sale. We want to offer the best condition, used equipment in the market so we need to invest the time in the reconditioning and presentation of this gear. Skills in this area is where a capable applicant can really stand out.

If you have a good understanding and practical knowledge of farm machinery, can demonstrate strong attention to detail, patience and work ethic, and have skills and experience relative to the job, then we would love to hear from you.

We are a close knit team who work together, so it is important you can fit into this environment

This is a critical part of our business, and as such, depending on your ability to get the job done, we are prepared to offer a top wage to the right applicant.

Although there is enough work for a full time role, we would also be open minded to part time, or a flexible hours arrangement.
