Our client's thriving pharmacy in Mt Maunganui is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join their team.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy's operations, including managing staff, dispensing medications, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care possible.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will:

- Lead a team of experienced pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training as needed.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
- Ensure that all prescriptions are accurately filled and delivered in a timely manner.
- Provide expert advice to customers on prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as other healthcare products and services.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care.

To be considered for this role, you should:

- Have a current New Zealand pharmacy registration.
- Possess strong leadership and team management skills.
- Be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and healthcare advice.
