We are seekingaMotion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team, bringing imaginative concepts to life through captivating motion graphics and animations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our graphic designers, art directors, and clients to deliver visually stunning and impactful designs that resonate with audiences across diverse platforms. Youll play a pivotal part in shaping our clients brands and conveying compelling narratives through motion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling motion graphics,animations and visual effects that align with client objectives and brand identities.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, art directors, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into dynamic visual solutions.
- Develop storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and animation ideas.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya and Photoshop or similar tools to create high-quality animations and visual effects.
- Edit and integrate animations seamlessly into video projects, ensuring consistency with overall design aesthetics.
- Incorporate client feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the desired visual outcome.
- Experiment with various animation techniques, styles, and visual effects to continually improve and evolve the quality of work.
- Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal of projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new software tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge in motion graphics and animation.
- Maintain organized project files and assets, making them easily accessible for future reference and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- At least bachelors degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Film production or related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Maya, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic and animation projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment and effectively communicate design concepts.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with video editing, compositing, and post-production processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software and techniques is a plus.
