We are looking for a skilled Team Administrator with a can-do attitude to support our work leading New Zealand’s offshore humanitarian work and our development and humanitarian partnerships with multilateral organisations and New Zealand NGOs.

Roughly 40-50 per cent of the Team Administrator role supports the Divisional Manager with diary management, divisional budgeting, tracking and reporting, high level visits, and other activities that underpin the effective operation of the division.

During emergency responses, the role leads our Emergency Coordination Centre support function, helping to ensure the team can move seamlessly from BAU to emergency response and training other Team Administrators to perform this function.

You will be an experienced, highly organised and motivated administrator with strong budget management, relationship and influencing skills. You will be comfortable and adept at working in fast paced situations at times. We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced administrator with the following:

- Experience providing administrative support and customer services.
