**What will you be doing?**

As a Security Operations Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in our Security team, monitoring, investigating, and responding to security events impacting Tower and its customers.

**You can expect to be across the following**:

- Triage potential security events, working with the relevant stakeholders to resolve.
- Configure and tune security systems to keep up with current threats and vulnerabilities.
- Instill a good security culture amongst the organization, helping with educating our people on how to identify phishing attempts and raising their level of awareness.
- Maintain security playbooks and associated documentation.
- Work across all levels of the organization and with security partners.

**What you'll need**

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- 2 years' hands-on experience in Microsoft security tools (Purview / Defender / Sentinel) or 2 years' hands-on experience with security / network products in a corporate environment.
- Good understanding of security, server, and network principles.
- Good Microsoft 365 / Azure skills, focused on security elements.
- Industry certification, such as Security+, Microsoft SC200 / SC900, or working towards them.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
- Great 'can-do' attitude to get things done.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal skills, along with the ability to work in a pressured environment.
