Our fleet of 2 ships and over 200 trucks is supported by a nationwide network of 10 depots and a 450+ strong team to deliver hundreds of thousands of tonnes of freight (and passengers) weekly.

We currently have an exciting position available for a Administrator, based at our new depot in South Hornby, Christchurch. This is a full time position (hours of work are 10am - 6.30pm) working closely with our Dispatch Team and our National Transport Manager. You will regularly interact with Drivers, Storepeople and Customers.

**We are looking for an Administrator whom**:

- Possesses good communication and organisational skills
- Has a positive customer focused attitude at all times
- Is able to prioritise successfully in a fast paced environment
- Has a high regard for safety and compliance
- Is computer literate and demonstrates accurate data entry skills
- Shows a genuine interest and desire to succeed in their career
- Has good geographical knowledge of New Zealand
- Previous experience with freight would be beneficial

**What you will be doing**:

- As part of the Transport Team you will support our Dispatchers and Drivers with administration and data entry tasks. This involves capturing all consignment information, manifesting, run sheets and PODs.
Customer services is also a key component of this role, and you will have direct contact with our customers, receiving pick up requests, and answering service queries.
