**Power Farming Taranaki is ready to grow in 2023, and are looking to talk to suitable, capable Service Technicians.**

Our Service Technicians are at the front line when it comes to keeping our customers moving. Our product range is heavily harvest focused, and as such, seasonal pressure can be high. Our best technicians are motivated, thrive under pressure, care about their clients, and have a real passion for the industry we serve. To be able to successfully fit into our business, you would need to be able to demonstrate relevant industry experience and qualifications, and a real commitment to training and up skilling. We need you to help train the next generation, and fit in with our close - knit team, so a positive, team-spirit, and excellent communication skills are essential.

This is a demanding role. If we want the best, then we have to reward you accordingly.

We offer market leading remuneration including time and a half for excess hours, a generous tool allowance, and a performance bonus scheme that offers meaningful reward for top performance

We heavily invest in our gear, you will be supplied the tech to get the job done, and if your skills are best suited on the road, will be supplied with a very clever new service vehicle.
