**ABOUT THE JOB**

The **Senior Supply Chain Performance Analyst** is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end ANZ Supply Chain is compliant across it’s obligations pertaining to safety, quality, internal controls, sustainability and more. The Senior Supply Chain Performance Analyst is accountable for the maintenance and regular review of our obligations, actions, compliance calendar and trainings to ensure ongoing conformance to internal and external regulations relevant to the supply chain. This is a **Permanent Full-Time** position.

You will:

- Lead and participate in projects across the Supply Chain. Projects may include but not limited to Warehousing, Export/Import, Digital, Planning functional areas.
- Support the Performance Manager and OPEX teams to implement the digital transformation roadmap.
- Engage with the Supply Chain team to understand digital and data needs and support testing, deployment and training of digital initiatives.
- Lead and participate in projects to improve the compliance of the Supply Chain. Support teams as required throughout audits. Support the maintenance of relevant internal documentation. Including but not limited to SOPs, Staff Certifications, Training Records, TFO Operating Manuals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes & ways of working to ensure the ongoing efficiency, reliability, and compliance of our Supply Chain.

About you

You are proactive, a great team player and always approach your work with a positive attitude.

To be successful, you will also have:

- Experience in an operations or performance based role, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Power Query/BI, SQL)
- Experience with SAP
- Project Management experience preferred
- Analytical and details focussed
- A strong commitment to upholding standards and processes
- Communication is key - you will need to have great negotiating and influencing skills and easily build robust relationships with all stakeholders
