**About the role**

Providing exceptional customer service, we’re looking for someone with Level 3 HVAC trade qualifications and an EWRB EST qualification. Drawing from your experience of at least 3 years, along with great knowledge of HVAC practices, you’ll be a great communicator and share any learnings with our Install teams.

On a typical day, you’ll be visiting our customers who are experiencing faults with their heat pumps (including high wall and ducted) or ventilation systems and offering solutions to resolve the problem. Completing paperwork accurately is key to evidence your diagnostic methodology will allow us to share learnings with continuously evolve our processes. There may be times when you’re needed to assist in the installation of split and ducted heat pump units too.

There is a need to be able to work within confined spaces as our products can be in roof cavities and under houses.

- Level 3 HVAC Trade certified - or equivalent
- EWRB Electrical Service Technician qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience as an HVAC Installer
- Knowledge of HVAC tools and gauges
- Physically fit and well presented
- Well organised, good communication skills and able to self-manage your time
- Have a current full driver’s license
- Self-motivated and enjoys engaging with people
