Asistant Manager

Our busy Kebab Shop based in Auckland has a job opening for an Assistant Manager (2 Positions). As an Assistant Manager, you will be assisting the store Manager in day-to-day operations of the business while ensuring customers receive outstanding service and quality.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Ensuring that every customer receives excellent service.
- Ensuring the store is presented at its very best at all times.
- Managing and motivating the team members to align with company values and expectations.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Assist the store Manager in stock Management.
- Handling customer concerns when necessary and ensuring the customer is satisfied with the resolved issue and service you have provided.
- Ability to manage relationships with customers, suppliers and staff
- An ability to work independently in the absence of a Manager

What are we looking for?
- A minimum of Higher Secondary Education or a minimum of 6 months experience as a supervisory/manager/assistant manager role
- A passion for food and a desire to build a career in the Hospitality Industry

This role will require someone who can work flexible hours including weekends and Public Holidays (as required). You must have a clean criminal record.
This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the pay rate for this position will be $29.70 per hour.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
