An exciting private sector organisation in the utilities sector is looking for a Senior Business Analyst on a 6-month contract basis.

This organisation is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience and the ability to help develop Agile processes and squads in a technology function.

As a senior business analyst, you will support translating initiative owners’ vision into a set of meaningful requirements that will support the delivery of the initiatives through to completion.

How you’ll be successful:

- Evaluate, analyse, and document requirements and translate these into proper business and system requirement specifications and service journeys.
- Facilitate brainstorming and design thinking sessions for requirement elicitation with stakeholders.
- Be at ease when facilitating and presenting at a senior level.
- Demonstrate leadership in building a thriving Business Analysis practice that supports and develops the capability of all BA’s.
- Inspire others through behaviours and the way you leverage best practices.

The type of skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:

- Deep knowledge of project delivery lifecycles, with experience in a Agile environment.
- Ability to convey information to colleagues and other business units.
- Excellent business acumen, ideally within retail or utility domains.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including strengths in influencing, conflict management, and negotiation.
