**About the role**

This role is 36 hours per week, working Tuesday 10-5.30pm, Wednesday 8.30-5.30, Thursday 10-5.30pm, Friday 10-5.30pm and Saturday 10-5pm.

You will play a key part in driving sales through your welcoming service and expert product knowledge. You will be PC savvy and have great attention to detail and organisation skills as this role encompasses tracking orders and liaising with multiple partners. This role is also very much part of the wider Homewares team so you will assist with the day to day operational activities of the department.
- Experience in Retail and Sales, preferably in homewares / furniture
- Passionate about providing excellent Customer Service
- Keen interest in Homewares and Interior Styling
- Competent PC user
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Great Team player
- Knowledgeable about the Pottery Barn and West Elm Brand desirable
