**Nail Technician Assistant**

Thriving on bringing the finest nail cares to daily life, we are seeking 1 passionate and enthusiastic Nail Technician Assistant who is attentive to nail services.

This role is full-time (minimum 30 hours/ week), overtime shifts are available based on business needs. Applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including late nights, weekends and holiday periods. Adhering to high service standards, it’s important that you’re comfortable with small talks and can make clients feel at ease. The job location is in Kerikeri New Zealand.

**Nail care technical skill**
- At least high school qualification or above
- Basic skills in gel polish manicures and pedicures, acrylic nail extensions and nail arts
- Follow nail safety protocols, including instrument and equipment sanitation
- Can perform hand and foot massages

**Customer service**
- Deeply care about clients and want to make them feel at home
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with one-on-one conversations
- Bringing the heartiest principles to service offerings and sensitive to other cultures

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Carrying out basic manicure and pedicure services
- Discussing client needs and assisting in manicures services (buff, shape, and polish clients' nails) and spa pedicure (treat clients' feet and toenails)
- Assisting in decorating and designing on clients’ nails (nail art)
- Booking client appointments
- Communicating to reach clients’ needs, ensuring clients’ satisfaction
- End of day records and stocktakes
- Referring clients to health professionals regarding nails diseases and problems
- Building relationships and bringing in new clients
- Massaging clients' hands and feet
- Beauty care product selling
