If you want to move up the career ladder with DHL Supply Chain then this could be an opportunity for you. A Supervisor position is available based at our Highbrook site. The overall purpose of this role is to professionally supervise the day-to-day activities of the agency operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing day to day operations ensuring consistent and accurate processing of client/customer orders, the timely receipt of inbound inventory and adherence to internal operation management systems
- Become the first point of escalation for clients and management
- Reviewing and consistently meeting the clients KPIs & SLA’s
- Effectively manage team performance to a high standard
- Reconciliation of client inventory and proficiency with investigations
- Promote learning and staff development within the team
- Proactively discuss and understand client activity requirements and plan labour resources accordingly
- Actively participate in developing and maintaining a positive site culture alongside colleagues
- Team player with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to get on with people from all walks of life
- Exceptional customer focus and can develop great relationships with our clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional experience with using warehouse management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Intermediate level or above
- Keen work ethic and the desire to develop your team
- Currently hold both a hoist and reach license, preferable but not essential Full NZ Driver License preferred
