We’re seeking the support of a **full time** **PlunketLine Administrator **(38 hours a week) to join our team in Wellington on a fixed term basis from early October 2024 - early May 2025. This is a **Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm **role.
**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
This is an exciting opportunity to be the key point of contact for our PlunketLine telehealth and video conferencing service, which provides video conferencing and phone support to whānau. Key tasks include receiving referrals to the service, scheduling appointments with our Registered Nurses, inputting and updating client data, and providing feedback to the referrer. In addition, you will manage the PlunketLine phoneline, answering queries from the public about our services.
This role also involves an element of data entry and database management to ensure both our clients and staff know where they are going, who they are meeting and what to expect.
- The salary band for this role is between $51,376 ($26.00 per hour) - $58,114 ($29.41) depending on experience._

As an essential member of our front-line admin team, being able to quickly build rapport and gain trust will be key to your success, ensuring each interaction with stakeholders and whānau is a good one. You will also be confident working autonomously, with strong organisation, communication and time management skills.
Working in a medical administration role requires a high level of sensitivity, alongside the ability to prioritise and maintain confidentiality. This is a varied administrative role which also includes some management of our booking calendars, so an excellent phone manner and accurate data entry skills are key.
