Multiple roles avalaiable for Boat Builder - Repairers.
Location -Manawat-Whanganui
Houry Rate - $29.66ph
Hours of work are 44 hours per week. Monday-Thursday 7am to 5pm and Friday 7am to 1.30pm. Overtime may be required from time to time as the workload increases.
Experience in a similar role is preffered.
The role will include welding, fabrication, construction and fit-out of new vessels as well as repairs and maintenance on existing vessels.
Our ideal applicants will offer some, or all, of the following:
- Fabrication skills in light and heavy metalwork
- Mechanical component installation experience
- The ability to MIG weld (training and certificates will be provided)
- Engineering skills preferred.
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
