**Job Description**:
About the role:
You will coordinate and manage raw materials at the plant, and oversee mix management, concrete production and delivery of concrete. This is an entry-level role where you will have the opportunity to develop your concrete batching and plant operation skillset.

About you:
No previous experience is necessary for this role as full training will be provided. However previous experience in the concrete industry, or experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.

You’ll be responsible for wide range of responsibilities including.- Producing concrete that meets our quality standards.- Meeting operational service targets for distribution.- Administer and organise activities such as mix management, driver, plant & staff efficiency.- Implement and manage plant maintenance and inspections.- Operating machinery such as a loader and forklift.

Skills and Experience- Must have full class 1 licence- Forklift licence is advantageous- Batching experience & concrete knowledge is advantageous- Excellent written and communication skills.- Be a team player.- Hardworking & diligent.- Good level of physical fitness.- Be self-motivated & driven to succeed.- Able to work early starts, late finishes and do weekend work.
