Kitchen Hand

We are currently looking for a Kitchen **Kitchen hand **for our store who can work in a fast paced, tun environment and be part of a successful Team. We are looking for someone who has ‘Can Do’ attitude and basic customer service skills, training will be given on operational aspects.

**Tasks Include**:

- cleaning kitchens, food preparation areas and sculleries
- cleaning cooking and general utensils used in kitchens and restaurants
- transferring, weighing and checking supplies and equipment
- assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking, and preparing salads, savouries and sandwiches
- packing food and beverage trays for serving
- cooking, toasting and heating simple food items
- Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
- Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
- Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
- assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking, and preparing salads, savories and sandwiches
- cooking, toasting and heating simple food items

We Require Full Time Position on Full time and ongoing Role ‘**Kitchenhand**’ with Immediate Start:
**Pay Rate: Starts $30.00 NZD to 35.00 NZD**

**Timing of the Shifts of Work**: will have a mixture of split shifts throughout the week.

**Type of Employment**: Full Time and Ongoing Basis
- Minimum Guaranteed Hours are 32 per

week.

**Location of work**: Taupo

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
