Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
**The primary purpose of the role is to**:
*
Blend together aspects of specific WHIRI Hapori roles i.e. Site Supervisor, Rangatahi Community Connector, Equity Lead/Hub Liaison and Service Delivery Manager into one role
*
Support and work with direction from Senior Kaituhono in order to drive local implementation of WHIRI Hapori strategies.
*
Grow the capacity and capability of the care coordination network and kaupapa provider network.
**The main supporting functions required of the role include**:
*
Network liaison
*
Training
*
Service and system development
*
Linking of services and pathways to improve whaanau care coordination, clinical governance & leadership facilitation
*
Being surge ready
The role is multifaceted with a functional scope including project manager, relationship management, provider engagement and community engagement. This approach is intentional and requires a flexibility of min and effort in order to pivot focus “on a dime”.
